Thank you for referring your patient to the doctors at The Stadium Sports Medicine Clinic.

To help facilitate optimum care, please ensure that the patient brings the following to their appointment:

Your referral letter
Any relevant imaging such as X-rays, CT scans or MRI's

A letter detailing the outcome of the consultation will be sent to you shortly after.
